We will warmly welcome you at Marrakech Airport and transfer you to your charming riad in the heart of the city. The rest of the day is at your leisure to immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Marrakech, explore its colourful markets and historic alleyways, and savour the delicious local cuisine. Your adventure is just beginning! Overnight stay in a riad.
In the morning, we will set off in our comfortable vehicles, crossing the legendary Tizi n'Tichka Pass, one of the most spectacular scenic routes in the world. Once we reach the summit, we will hop on our e-bikes for an exhilarating descent towards the historic Kasbah of Telouet, cycling through remote villages and enchanting landscapes. After enjoying a scenic lunch overlooking the Kasbah, we will continue towards Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the filming location of numerous epic movies. Upon arrival, we will settle into our welcoming riad and safely store our bikes before exploring the winding streets of this fortified village, seemingly suspended in time. Traditional dinner and overnight stay in a riad.
After an energising breakfast, we will get ready for a day of cycling through the spectacular Drâa Valley, following the course of Morocco’s longest river. Our route will take us through deep canyons and lush oases, with stops in picturesque villages where time seems to have stood still. We will enjoy lunch along the way, sampling delicious local specialities, before reaching N'Kob in the afternoon, a village renowned for its 45 kasbahs.
Here, we will unwind in a charming auberge and enjoy a delicious dinner that will make us feel right at home. Overnight stay in an auberge.
Today, we will tackle one of the most exciting stages of our journey. Our trail will take us through lunar-like landscapes and unique rock formations, climbing to elevations of over 2,000 metres. We will cross the majestic Jebel Sarhro, a volcanic mountain range characterised by fascinating lava formations and towering rock pinnacles that seem to defy gravity. Along the way, we will encounter authentic Berber villages and have the opportunity to interact with local communities. In the late afternoon, we will transfer by vehicle to Tinghir (Tinherir), famous for its spectacular gorges and traditional artisan workshops. The evening will be an opportunity to share the highlights and emotions of the day over a delicious Moroccan dinner. Overnight stay in a beautiful riad overlooking the gorges.
Todra and Dades gorges and the Atlas mountains: without a shadow of a doubt they are among the "symbolic places" of the beauties of Morocco. Two valleys carved out by the two rivers of the same name that we will connect to each other via an impervious track that climbs, climbs, climbs… We will pass the 2,000m altitude with the curious looks of the few shepherds who watch over their flocks of mountain sheep. A track that runs for kilometres in the bed of a river, often also "inside", between red rocks shaped over the millennia into soft shapes. The blue sky will seem to be our goal! Dinners and overnight stays in the Riad.
Today, we will tackle another iconic road in Morocco: we will reach the Dades Gorges, whose hairpin turns will remind us of the Stelvio Pass. The landscapes carved into the rock also welcome rock climbing enthusiasts, and it will feel like stepping back in time. Once, this road was the main link to the desert. Now, we challenge it with our pedal strokes. Dinner and overnight stay in a Riad.
Our final cycling stage will take us along the famous “Road of a Thousand Kasbahs”, a scenic route dotted with ancient red-earth fortresses rising amidst lush palm groves. We will ride through the enchanting Valley of Roses, renowned for its fragrant rose cultivation, used to produce precious oils and perfumes.
We will visit the magnificent Kasbah of Amridil in Skoura, a perfectly preserved architectural gem. After a well-deserved lunch, we will load our bikes and set off towards Marrakech.
Upon arrival in the city, you will have free time to explore the vibrant Jemaa el-Fnaa Square and lose yourself in the colourful souks.
Farewell dinner and overnight stay in a riad.
