The authentic Parma ham, the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese in Reggio Emilia, the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar in Modena, homemade pasta such as lasagne in Bologna: they all come from this region of Italy with an authentic, welcoming, and generous heart.
